Steve Jobs was a genius, there is no question about that. I myself have known a few geniuses in my short time on this green Earth, and while they can figure out a Rubix cube in thirty seconds and sleep through the SAT’s into Ivy League educations, a lot of those kids have a serious problem standing on their own two feet and doing something with all of that talent. Without someone giving them instructions, without a corporate structure or a clear vision passed down from someone else, those geniuses are usually left sitting around thinking beautiful thoughts that will never see the light of day.
